Our media today has a way of diverting our attention away from the things that matter long before it’s time to relax about them. As the media’s attention on the recent tragety in Haiti starts to fizzle out, I urge you to not forget. It is going to be a slow painful process to rebuild the country. More than ever the Haitian people are in desperate need for food, clothing, water, and shelter. They can use any help you are willing to give. Every penny, old tshirt, case of water you can give helps. I’ve been hearing there is a HUGE IMMEDIATE need for tents right now. Most of the people are currently living under tents made from scraps and sheets which will all be destroyed when the rainy/hurricane starts, which is right around the corner. It will be devastating if we do not help. Please give what you can, here are some links where you can help:
